Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tree Climber to join a 2 to 4-person crew, assisting in tree removal, pruning, and preservation while ensuring safety and professional operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain clear communication with the crew leader and team members.
• Uphold a professional appearance and work ethic.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Assign tasks to the Groundman Operations Specialist.
• Care for company vehicles and assigned equipment.
• Adhere strictly to company safety policies and ANSI tree care standards.
• Be available to work at least 40 hours weekly.
• Operate aerial lifts safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in tree climbing, rigging, and removals.
• Valid driver's license.
