Position Overview

Smart Tour is seeking a full-time Travel Consultant to be part of their team in Qatif, Eastern Saudi Arabia. The role involves assisting clients throughout their travel planning process, arranging flight and hotel bookings, managing reservations, liaising with travel suppliers, and delivering exceptional customer service before and after trips.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Prior experience in travel, tourism, or customer service roles is desirable.
• Understanding of flight and hotel reservation procedures is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational capabilities are required.
• Competency in managing multiple client inquiries simultaneously is necessary.
• Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or travel CRM platforms is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English language is preferred for effective communication.
