About the Role
Based in Naas, County Kildare, Ireland, Nua Healthcare Services is a prominent private healthcare provider specializing in residential and supported living services for children and adults with complex support needs. We are inviting motivated and detail-oriented applicants to join our Training Team as a Training Administrator. This position offers a unique opportunity to start a career in the social and healthcare industry with full training and development support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle administration tasks related to new employee onboarding.
- Organize and schedule all training and development activities.
- Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis.
- Coordinate the Management Development Programme.
- Maintain and update all training and development records and assist in scheduling relevant events.
- Prepare documentation and compile weekly and monthly training reports.
- Build proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning platforms.
Candidate Requirements
- Understanding of relevant standards and legislation pertaining to healthcare training.
- Prior experience in a training and development capacity is advantageous.
- Demonstrated respect for diversity and individuality.
