About the Role
At Screwfix, we pride ourselves on serving the tradespeople who rely on us for their daily needs. Offering an extensive range of over 60,000 products across more than 900 stores, we support professionals such as plumbers and electricians with essential tools and supplies. As a Trade Supervisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our trade customers at the Sales Counter, delivering excellent service and building strong relationships.
Main Duties
- Engage with customers by understanding their specific project needs and offering tailored advice to drive sales, fostering trusted relationships.
- Manage your own business area within the store by taking responsibility for KPIs including sales, customer onboarding, and account growth, ensuring exceptional service.
- Lead, motivate, and coach your team to perform at their best, enhancing the store's reputation and success.
