Tour Consultant

About the Role

We seek an experienced Tour Consultant to expertly design and coordinate both domestic and international travel plans. The role requires a minimum of three years in the travel and tourism sector, with strong customer focus and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in arranging custom domestic and global tour packages.
• Offer specialized advice regarding destinations, travel itineraries, visa requirements, insurance, and related documentation.
• Create travel plans tailored to customer preferences and budgets.
• Manage hotel, flight, and transportation bookings along with other travel arrangements.
• Develop and nurture relationships with customers and travel service providers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Address client inquiries and provide support after bookings are made.
• Keep current on travel industry trends, visa policies, and destination updates.
• Maintain precise records of clients and bookings.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Tour Consultant or within the travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of both domestic and international travel destinations.
• Excellent communication and customer service aptitude coupled with solid sales abilities.
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms and travel management software is an advantage.
• Skilled in developing personalized travel packages and itineraries.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Preference for candidates who can join immediately.

• Starting salary of ₹25000 per month.
