To-Go Roadie

About the Role

Texas Roadhouse is a people-focused company built around serving steaks, outstanding food, and memorable service. This position is for a To-Go Roadie who will help run carryout operations, uphold strong food-quality standards, and make sure takeout guests receive the same legendary experience as dine-in customers.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests warmly when they place or collect an order and leave them with a positive impression.
• Answer incoming calls with professional phone manner and accurately record orders.
• Use menu knowledge to enter orders correctly and guide guests as needed.
• Pack orders carefully with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with back-of-house team members to ensure orders are completed smoothly.
• Work with restaurant managers to provide accurate pickup time estimates to guests.
• Handle online and mobile app orders confidently.
• Use the point-of-sale system to place orders and process To-Go sales, gift card transactions, and cash or card payments.
• Follow safety and sanitation practices at all times.
• Contribute to a cooperative, team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Employees are paid on a weekly basis.
