About the Role
Are you irritated by poorly edited e-commerce ads flooding your Instagram feed? So are we! We're 4creatives, a creative agency delivering standout videos that truly sell for renowned e-commerce brands like Alpensattel, HNDS, and AYLASHES. We're looking for a highly motivated video editor to join us remotely and help craft compelling ads that break away from generic templates and strict branding guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Dive deeply into target audiences and ad concepts to understand what motivates viewers and translate this into inventive, high-performing editing styles.
- Edit videos daily that generate conversions across platforms such as TikTok and Meta, ranging from snappy UGC edits to podcast formats, with subtle yet powerful animations integrated.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and creators as one of four editing specialists, implementing scripts while offering creative suggestions and enhancing ads for better performance.
- Improve editing workflows by developing efficient processes, utilizing templates, and automations to speed up and optimize output.
- Stay updated on the latest TikTok and Meta editing trends, applying innovative techniques to produce eye-catching ads that stand out.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience cutting Meta and TikTok ads either in an agency environment or for e-commerce brands, or equivalent exceptional talent demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
- Proven direct response editing skills focused on creating ads that effectively drive sales.
- Proficient with key software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Highly creative with a willingness to experiment with new cutting styles and develop engaging hooks that capture audience attention.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently without close supervision, always striving for refinement and growth.
- Team-oriented with a good sense of humor, embracing close collaboration while maintaining focus on clear goals.
