Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative Textile Artist to design artistic textile works including motifs, sketches, patterns, and print designs for fabric collections. The position involves researching current market trends and developing distinctive color palettes and imaginative designs.
Key Duties
- Create original textile artwork such as motifs, sketches, and patterns for fabric lines.
- Conduct market analysis to understand design trends and incorporate them into new collections.
- Develop innovative and appealing color schemes to enhance fabric aesthetics.
- Collaborate closely with the Design, Digital Printing, and Production departments to ensure the output meets quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Fine Arts, Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related discipline.
- Basic familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW is desirable.
- Open to fresh graduates with an impressive portfolio or candidates with up to three years of relevant experience.
Compensation & Additional Details
Monthly salary range is between 12,000 and 50,000 INR, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
