Role overview
We are hiring an experienced Test Lead to support card management and digital banking initiatives in Doha, Qatar. The role calls for deep expertise in testing, with a strong background in FIS IST/Cortex and related card processing environments.
What you will work on
- Lead testing activities for card management and digital banking solutions.
- Work extensively with FIS IST Switch/Cortex across authorization, product configuration, risk-rule handling, acquiring, POS, APIs, card lifecycle processing, and clearing/payment monitoring.
- Validate integrations with Visa, MasterCard, NAPS, AMEX, and UPI.
- Test NFC, contactless, tokenization, ATM flows, scheme compliance, and simulator-based scenarios such as OTS, Visa, and MasterCard.
- Handle areas such as MTIP, VSDC, terminal certification, ISO 8583, Oracle 19c, and PL/SQL.
- Apply working knowledge of EMV, VBV, PCI DSS, and card application testing.
Experience and technical background
The position requires at least 8 years of overall testing experience, including a minimum of 5 years working with FIS IST/Cortex.
Preferred candidate profile
- Professionals currently based in Qatar or in GCC countries and open to relocating to Qatar.
- Candidates who can travel to the Qatar office whenever needed.
- Applicants who can join immediately are preferred.
