Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Territory Sales Manager will be accountable for driving sales and revenue within the designated territory, focusing on TMT steel products. This role involves meeting set sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis by leveraging dealer and distributor networks alongside direct client interactions.
Sales and Market Expansion
- Achieve sales goals through effective engagement with channel partners and key customers.
- Discover and develop fresh business avenues to increase market reach.
- Formulate and implement territory-specific brand promotion and product usage strategies.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to grasp customer requirements, monitor competitor activities, and recognize emerging industry trends.
- Coordinate promotional initiatives such as contractor meetings, dealer gatherings, and product demos to boost product awareness.
Dealer and Distributor Relations
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with dealers, distributors, and other channels.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure prompt product delivery to partners.
- Offer training and ongoing support to channel partners regarding product knowledge and sales techniques.
Customer Interaction and Support
- Collaborate with contractors, builders, and architects to endorse TMT products.
- Respond to customer questions, resolve issues effectively, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Collect feedback to fine-tune sales approaches and enhance customer experience.
Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare detailed sales reports, including forecasts, accomplishments, and market observations.
- Adhere to company policies, pricing rules, and credit limitations.
