Role Summary

The Territory Manager for Orthopaedics will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working full-time onsite. This role focuses on direct sales and support within the orthopaedics sector, helping deliver advanced clinical and economic solutions to surgeons and healthcare providers. The product range includes joint reconstruction, trauma, sports medicine, spine, robotics, and digital surgery applications.

As the Orthopaedics business transitions toward forming an independent company, DePuy Synthes, employees will eventually align with DePuy Synthes employment frameworks upon completion of the separation process anticipated within 18 to 24 months, subject to regulatory and consultation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed established sales and profit targets within the territory.
  • Allocate approximately 75% of working hours to field activities and direct customer engagement.
  • Maintain effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of field operations for customer benefit.
  • Arrange and conduct professional meetings with targeted clients to drive business growth.
  • Engage in outdoor sales activities including cold calling using AIDINC to expand client base among corporate customers.
  • Generate new business leads and manage all customer inquiries, including providing quotations and following up on sales.
  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships and ensure ongoing coordination for service excellence.
  • Provide timely, precise product information, monitor stock levels, and optimize product consumption.
  • Offer relevant product insights, including in-service support and case negotiations with medical professionals.
  • Maintain and grow an existing customer base with prompt, courteous service and continuously develop new business opportunities.
  • Ensure thorough documentation to meet client demands efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably with a scientific or medical background.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience specifically in joint arthroplasty (joint reconstruction).
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential.
