Responsibilities

• Conducting personalized coaching sessions with business owners and executives to sharpen skills, clarify visions, achieve objectives, and foster confident growth.
• Facilitating monthly peer advisory board meetings that involve leading collaborative, four-hour sessions with groups of business leaders, driving accountability and actionable strategies.
• Delivering strategic leadership and business transformation workshops, helping senior teams align vision, culture, and strategy, and embedding lasting leadership capabilities.
• Utilizing the Business Builder’s Blueprint™ framework for practical strategic planning.
• Providing additional consulting services and specialized workshops to broaden impact and diversify revenue streams.
• Building and nurturing relationships within your local business community through networking, outreach, speaking engagements, and event participation to expand your business and raise TAB’s profile.
• Implementing consistent marketing activities including direct marketing, social media, and event marketing supported by TAB systems to maintain strong presence and visibility.

Candidate Profile

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport by listening attentively and asking insightful questions.
• A proven business leader familiar with driving growth via people management, systems, and innovation, potentially from backgrounds in marketing, sales, finance, or operations.
