About the Role
This position involves driving sales for an e-commerce platform through direct customer engagement. The telesales executive will actively reach out to potential and existing customers as well as respond to inquiries, aiming to promote products and secure sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contacting customers through outbound calls to introduce products, suggest upgrades, and generate sales leads.
- Handling incoming calls from interested customers and guiding them through the purchasing process.
- Presenting product features, benefits, and value to potential buyers to encourage purchases.
- Effectively addressing customer doubts and objections by providing clear and accurate information to facilitate sales closure.
- Qualifying leads by assessing their suitability, intent, and purchasing capacity for the offered products.
- Maintaining and updating customer interaction details and sales information in the CRM system to ensure accurate records.
Compensation
This full-time role offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 18,000 to INR 30,000.
