About the Role
Realty Assistant Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for the position of Inside Sales Executive, focusing on real estate. This position requires a motivated and energetic individual to engage with potential customers, convert leads, and maintain a steady stream of qualified site visit appointments. Ideal candidates will be goal-oriented and possess excellent communication skills with a passion for the property industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Make over 300 outbound calls daily to prospective buyers.
- Provide thorough product information and arrange site visits for interested clients.
- Maintain significant daily talk time, targeting more than 2 hours on calls.
- Ensure consistent daily attendance and availability for at least 8 hours.
- Update and manage lead statuses meticulously within the CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with Field Sales Teams to ensure smooth lead transitions.
- Regularly follow up to nurture leads, boosting site visit conversions.
Performance Metrics
- Minimum daily calls: 300
- Minimum daily talk time: 2 hours
- Minimum login time per day: 8 hours
- Lead-to-site visit conversion ratio
- Consistent movement of leads through CRM stages
- Adherence to attendance and organizational discipline
Qualifications and Requirements
- Female candidates who are graduates or currently pursuing graduation.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in a similar industry.
- Willingness to work from Delhi or Noida locations.
Success Criteria
Performance assessments will range from far exceeding expectations to not meeting expectations, based on target achievement, quality of customer interactions, and adherence to discipline and consistency.
