Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and energetic Front Office professionals aiming to advance their careers. This role is based at Bloom Arjaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi, tasked with managing all incoming calls professionally and ensuring excellent guest service to create memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer each guest call courteously and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with relevant departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address all inquiries politely while surpassing guest expectations.
- Greet guests by name during calls, adhering to Rotana standards.
- Stay informed about the hotel offerings and local services.
- Maintain awareness of guest profiles through the Opera system.
- Process management's long-distance call vouchers and log them accurately in the traffic sheet.
- Manage the guest wake-up call schedule and deliver calls punctually according to standards.
- Operate the switchboard efficiently to transfer internal and external calls promptly.
- Take messages for guests and management following company protocols.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar telephone operator role is advantageous.
- Proficient in written and spoken English with effective voice modulation.
- Computer literacy essential; familiarity with Opera PMS is a plus.
