Role Overview
The Telecommunications Supervisor will oversee the Operation & Maintenance of Riyadh Metro Line 3's telecommunications systems. This role involves managing maintenance efforts to guarantee the availability and reliability of critical telecom infrastructure and collaborating with multiple teams to sustain high safety and operational benchmarks.
Key Duties
- Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for telecom systems.
- Track performance metrics, uptime, and reliability of essential telecommunications equipment.
- Direct troubleshooting and root cause assessments to quickly recover services and maintain seamless operations.
- Uphold adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE), quality, and operational policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to address and resolve issues efficiently.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in telecommunications Operation & Maintenance.
- Proven background in supervisory or team leadership roles.
- Experience in railway or metro telecom systems is highly advantageous.
- Practical knowledge of CTN, DCS, TETRA, PA/PIS, IP Telephony, or ECP systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-resolution capabilities.
