Job Summary and Role

This position involves direct sales of demat accounts related to broking services and collection of margins for equity, commodity, and currency trading. The role focuses on generating revenue through brokerage and requires managing and motivating a sales team to meet targets for experienced candidates. Additionally, the incumbent will conduct research and provide clients with updates on current investment opportunities and market trends to align recommendations with their portfolios. Handling and efficiently resolving client complaints, especially for High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients, and pursuing cross-selling opportunities related to training products are also key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly sell demat accounts within the broking sector and collect margins for equity, commodity, and currency trades.
• Drive revenue growth through brokerage services.
• For experienced applicants, lead and motivate the team to achieve sales objectives.
• Conduct detailed research and keep clients informed about market trends and investment opportunities suitable to their portfolios.
• Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
• Manage relationships with High Net Worth Individual clients.
• Engage in cross-selling training-related products to clients.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum qualification: Any graduate or postgraduate degree.
• Relevant past experience in broking or a similar financial sales field is advantageous.
• Must be willing to work exclusively from the office location.
