Job Overview
This role of Telecalling Executive is focused on outbound communications, primarily aimed at generating leads by contacting prospective students. The position requires interaction in fluently spoken English and Telugu, working from 10 am to 7 pm, six days a week with Sunday as a fixed off.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential students to provide detailed information about various courses offered.
- Encourage interested candidates to attend complimentary career counselling sessions at company locations.
- Maintain timely follow-ups with students to track their progress and attendance at scheduled sessions.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education level: 12th grade pass with results available; graduates and undergraduates are also welcome to apply.
- Experience: At least six months in related telecalling or lead generation roles, preferably outbound calling.
- Age range: 18 to 34 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Excellent communication skills in basic English and Telugu are essential.
Working Conditions & Compensation
- Workdays: Monday through Saturday (six days per week).
- Work hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
- Weekend Off: Sunday fixed weekly off.
- Salary: Between 18,000 and 22,000 INR per month, with potential increments based on current salary.
