About the Role
Trip Vibes Hospitality Pvt Ltd is seeking a Telecaller to join their team on a full-time basis, working remotely from home. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with Mondays off weekly (Sundays are working days). The offered salary ranges between ₹10,000 and ₹15,000 per month, dependent on telecalling experience, with additional incentives based on performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- No age restrictions; both males and females can apply.
- At least one year of telecalling experience is required.
- Fluency in Marathi is mandatory.
- Reliable internet connection needed for continuous Zoom meeting participation.
Responsibilities
- Making continuous calls as assigned.
- Remaining logged into Zoom throughout the entire working hours.
Training & Conditions
- Seven days of non-paid training before onboarding.
- Employment confirmation is contingent on satisfactory training performance.
- Poor performance can lead to termination of employment.
- Consistently maintaining good performance is essential.
