About the Role
Shreesha Landmark is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our expanding real estate team. This position involves engaging with prospective clients to generate qualified leads, assisting in scheduling property visits, and fostering strong client relationships to support our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided databases and online inquiries.
- Communicate details about properties, including features, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Assess and qualify leads by understanding the requirements of potential clients.
- Arrange site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Perform follow-ups with interested customers via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions in CRM systems or Excel sheets.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.
- Respond professionally to customer questions and provide excellent service.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead conversion.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience ranging from 0 to 2 years in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to influence customers positively and develop rapport.
- Good organizational abilities and strong follow-up skills.
