Stareye Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is searching for enthusiastic and confident telecallers to join their team at their Noida office located on the 3rd floor, A-30, Sector 63. This full-time position offers a great opportunity for freshers aiming to launch careers in customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and leads to promote company services.
- Manage incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Clearly explain the company’s product and service offerings to customers.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through telephonic communication.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Resolve customer queries by providing relevant information.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer requirements.
- Meet assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
Skills and Qualifications
- Effective verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
- Confident and courteous telephone manner.
- Basic computer skills including MS Office, email, and internet usage.
- Positive approach and eagerness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and customer handling expertise.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to freshers who have completed 12th grade or hold a graduate degree.
