Role Overview
As a Technician II in Production Technical Operations focusing on Secondary Packaging, you will manage production equipment operation within a GMP-regulated setting. Your role ensures safe, high-quality packaging processes aligned with regulatory standards while meeting production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate secondary packaging machinery to achieve set production targets efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions promptly.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and resolving minor technical faults on production equipment.
- Perform in-process quality checks to ensure packaging meets required specifications.
- Maintain detailed and accurate production documentation compliant with cGMP guidelines.
- Collaborate with different departments to facilitate continuous improvement efforts.
- Follow safety procedures diligently and report hazards or deviations from compliance standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum qualifications of GCE O Levels or NITEC in an engineering discipline.
- 1-2 years practical experience in packaging and production equipment operation.
- Familiarity with cGMP, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced, team-based environment with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
