Role Overview

We seek an experienced Talent Researcher to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on sourcing top-tier candidates for key technical and business roles to build a robust talent pipeline. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and organizational leaders to design and implement targeted sourcing strategies that attract diverse and highly qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive proactive sourcing for critical technical positions like Software Engineers, Product roles, and other essential functions.
• Work alongside hiring teams to grasp role specifics and team culture for aligned sourcing approaches.
• Conduct talent mapping across target companies and regions, utilizing innovative engagement methods.
• Use multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean searches, networking events, and more to reach passive candidates.
• Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline addressing both present and future recruitment demands.
• Perform initial outreach, screening, and assessment to select candidates whose skills and values match the roles and teams.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure smooth candidate progression through the hiring funnel.
• Maintain and update candidate data meticulously using the Greenhouse ATS system.
• Analyze market data and trends to enhance sourcing methods and candidate quality.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact through early recruitment stages.

Candidate Profile

• Over 7 years' experience in sourcing, demonstrably successful in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Expertise sourcing for technical roles such as Software Engineers and Product Designers, as well as business roles including Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
• Proficient with advanced sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search, Boolean techniques, Gem, etc.
• Experienced in leveraging AI and automated agents to identify and map hard-to-find talent.
• Deep understanding of the technology talent market, including current trends and competitor hiring practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers and recruiters.
• Exceptional organizational abilities to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Data-oriented mindset to optimize sourcing through metrics and analytics.
• Excellent communication skills focused on delivering a premium candidate journey.
