About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiting teams to comprehend job specifications and candidate profiles.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies to locate highly qualified technical candidates.
• Utilize LinkedIn and other advanced sourcing platforms to discover and engage potential hires.
• Maintain and develop a robust talent pool for current and future recruitment demands.
• Craft compelling job descriptions, outreach messages, and candidate communications.
• Manage candidate data using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Monitor recruitment activities and generate regular analytical reports on sourcing performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in technical sourcing, talent acquisition, or related recruitment functions.
• Proficiency with diverse sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Intermediate proficiency in German language is preferred.
• A proactive, motivated, and performance-driven mindset.
• Capability to independently prioritize tasks and efficiently operate in a remote working setup.
