Role Overview
You will be responsible for sourcing and securing engineers specializing in cloud, data, and DevOps domains as part of our staffing services. This role involves actively assessing candidates' technical abilities to ensure suitable placements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both client and internal technical positions.
- Develop sourcing strategies that extend beyond traditional job board advertisements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to evaluate genuine technical expertise during candidate screening.
- Oversee the candidate journey from initial contact through to successful onboarding.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting for software development or IT infrastructure roles.
- Ability to confidently explain continuous integration (CI) pipelines without scripted guidance.
- Demonstrated success in placing candidates who remain in their positions long-term.
