About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Recruiter to join our Washington DC team, with a work arrangement primarily remote but requiring onsite presence once a week. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic sales-driven environment, enjoys meaningful interpersonal connections, and excels at converting prospects into placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust nationwide pipeline of technical candidates.
• Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing candidates.
• Engage top talent through cold calls, active outreach, and consistent follow-ups.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers to match candidates to client requirements effectively.
• Keep candidate information precise and updated within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure a superior candidate experience from initial contact through to job offer.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably 1 to 3+ years of experience in a recruiting or sales-related environment, although not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities that foster rapid trust-building.
• A proactive and goal-driven attitude with a competitive spirit aimed at winning and supporting others' success.
• Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on attention to detail.
• Confidence to initiate phone conversations and effectively influence outcomes via outreach.
