Technical Coordinator

About the Role

As a Technical Coordinator at Napco National in Dammam, you will bridge operational and technical teams to ensure the smooth execution of production processes, maintaining product quality and adherence to internal standards. You will utilize data analysis and reporting skills, apply business understanding, and support process and product development efforts.

Technical Functional Skills

• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to manage and control quality standards in production, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Operate production machinery following documented procedures and guidelines.
• Implement and adhere to occupational health and safety standards, interpreting relevant legal and organizational regulations to protect staff and assets.
• Perform thorough testing and inspections of machinery and processes using laboratory equipment, and utilize findings to foster continuous process improvement.
• Lead and contribute to the development and refinement of products or processes, conducting necessary trials, validations, and verifications to assure compliance with safety and quality benchmarks.
• Investigate and analyze instances of product non-conformity by conducting or supervising Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), and recommend corrective or preventative actions.
• Ensure quality control by examining raw materials, work in progress, finished goods, and spare parts against established standards using appropriate tools and methods.
