Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert administration and support for the Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system to maintain its stability and performance.
  • Investigate and resolve issues affecting PLM processes effectively.
  • Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality departments to transform business requirements into tailored PLM system solutions.
  • Configure, customize, and maintain various Teamcenter modules ensuring they meet operational requirements.
  • Ensure all activities are compliant with internal standards, data management policies, and documentation protocols.
  • Participate actively in system upgrades, enhancements, and testing phases to maintain the PLM environment's integrity and relevance.
  • Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for key users and stakeholders to enhance system adoption.
  • Support integrations between PLM and other enterprise systems such as CAD, ERP, and manufacturing software.
  • Identify areas to improve workflows and promote digital transformation within the PLM scope.

Candidate qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience working with Siemens Teamcenter or comparable PLM platforms.
  • Proven expertise in configuring workflows, data models, and applying basic customizations to PLM systems.
  • Solid understanding of engineering and product lifecycle management processes.
  • Working knowledge of Teamcenter modules including Structure Manager, Workflow Designer, and Change Management.
  • Familiarity with CAD system integrations, such as NX and SolidWorks, along with an understanding of product data structuring.
  • Experience with ITIL practices and tools related to incident and change management.
  • Basic skills in scripting or programming languages such as TCL, Java, or BMIDE are beneficial.
