About Ampol and Role Overview

As a Team Member based in Williams, Western Australia, you will contribute vital support to store operations, elevating the quality and efficiency of daily retail activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by anticipating and exceeding customer needs.
- Assist the Store Manager by supporting daily operational tasks using your retail experience.
- Work collaboratively within a team setting to maintain smooth store functioning.
- Uphold stringent safety protocols and precision in all tasks carried out.
- Maintain flexibility to work shifts including weekends and overnights as required.
Candidate Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail or customer service roles is desirable.
- Competency in operating point of sale (POS) systems and managing cash transactions accurately.
- Effective communication skills accompanied by the ability to work well within a team.
- Availability to work a seven-day rotating roster with overnight and weekend shifts.
