Role Overview
Embodying our core value of 'Getting Stuck In,' this position offers a dynamic experience where you will contribute across multiple departments rather than being assigned to a single area. Your week will include cleaning guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays, while the other days you will support varied teams such as sports and activities, food and beverage services including restaurants, buffets, bars, and shops, or entertainment zones like the fairground. Flexibility to work in several areas on the same day may also be required.
Apprenticeship Opportunities
We provide apprenticeship programs linked with this role, including Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2, Frontline Cleaner Level 2, and Retailer Level 2 Training Courses. Interested candidates can learn more throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Profile
We seek enthusiastic and adaptable individuals who enjoy multitasking, acquiring new skills, and collaborating with others. Prior experience is not essential; what matters most is a positive attitude, high energy, readiness to engage actively, and a passion for enhancing guest experiences. A comprehensive 90-day induction and a personal mentor will support your integration.
Candidates possessing certifications such as FA Level 1 Football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes, or NCPLH Personal Licence Qualification are especially encouraged to apply.
Role Details
- Full-time employment
- Work approximately 30-35 hours per week spread across 5 out of 7 days including evenings and weekends
- Live-in accommodation options for relocating employees
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
