Role overview
Pret is looking for a full-time Team Member to join its Norwich shop, working 35 hours per week at 11 Haymarket, Norwich NR2 1QD, GBR. The role sits in a fast-moving retail food environment where you’ll help create great customer experiences and contribute to freshly prepared food and drinks.

What the job involves
You’ll be one of the friendly faces on the shop floor, supporting customers throughout the day and helping prepare fresh food in the kitchen. The work is varied and fast-paced, with a strong focus on enthusiasm, product knowledge, customer care, and team support.
About you

- No previous experience is required, as training is provided to help you learn how to deliver excellent service.
Pay and benefits
- Hourly pay of £14.00, including the mystery shopper bonus.
- After the first training period, an additional £5 per hour is paid for shifts that begin between 3am and 5am.

Interview process
