About the role

Everyman Manchester is looking for Team Members to join its venue in Salford. This role is part of a fast-growing cinema brand known for putting guest experience at the centre of everything it does. As a Team Member, you will represent the venue, help create memorable visits, and support the delivery of a high-standard hospitality experience.

What you will do

• Act as the main point of contact for guests during their visit.
• Help ensure every visitor receives a consistently excellent cinema experience.
• Contribute to a welcoming, energetic atmosphere across the venue.
• Work with the wider team to deliver service smoothly, both independently and alongside others.
• Support hospitality tasks that keep the cinema experience enjoyable for guests.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in hospitality or cinema is not required.
• A lively personality and a genuine interest in people.
• Strong enthusiasm for food, guest service, and hospitality.
• Comfort working as part of a team or on your own when needed.
• A positive, reliable, hard-working, and adaptable approach.
