Role overview
Welcome Break is hiring Baristas for its Starbucks location at Gordano, M5 Motorway, Junction 19, Portbury, BS20 7XG. The role offers an immediate start and flexible full-time or part-time working options.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys coffee, likes working with people, and wants to be part of a supportive, friendly team environment. Full training is provided, so prior experience is not required.
Pay is up to £12.85 per hour, and team members also receive £1 meals during shifts.
What the role involves
- Preparing drinks and learning how to work with different coffee blends and brewing methods.
- Creating a positive customer experience and helping make each visit enjoyable.
- Working closely with colleagues and contributing to a team-focused workplace.
- Building your barista skills through training and on-the-job learning.
Training and progression
No previous barista experience is needed. Welcome Break will provide the training required to help you become confident in the role. There are also clear opportunities to progress from customer service into management, supported by structured training programmes.
Working pattern and conditions
