Role Description
The Team Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by effectively leading and managing a sales team. The manager plays a crucial role in recruitment, setting objectives, coaching, and monitoring performance with the aim of fostering strong and lasting customer relationships that enhance referral opportunities. The position reports directly to the Branch or Regional Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in the timeshare industry or sales management.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets as a sales representative or manager.
- Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of business dynamics.
