About the Role

The position titled Business Partner / Associate Business Partner involves spearheading the generation of new business opportunities specifically for life insurance products. This role is central to fostering relationships with customers, advisors, and channel partners to expand the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business generation for life insurance offerings.
• Establish and nurture lasting connections with clients and business partners.
• Assess customer financial protection requirements and suggest appropriate insurance plans.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Recruit, train, and mentor insurance advisors and agents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing.
• Monitor industry trends to uncover new avenues for growth.

Eligibility

• Minimum education requirement is completion of 12th grade or graduation, specifically for the Cuttack location.
• Experience within insurance, banking, BFSI sectors, or sales is favored; however, fresh candidates are also considered for some entry-level roles.
• Strong interpersonal and networking qualities are essential.
