About the Role
Costa Coffee is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join the store located at Tower Centre Ballymena, Northern Ireland. Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring punctual and safe store opening and closing procedures.
- Providing leadership during busy shifts to support team members in creating unbeatable customer experiences.
- Maintaining consistently high standards across all operations.
- Training and mentoring new staff members.
- Collaborating with the team to uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the store.
- Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues, demonstrating a positive, can-do approach.
- Managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
