Work to reduce attrition rates by mentoring employees in career advancement, adhering strictly to company policies, SOPs, and guidelines. Manage timely submission and settlement of claims.
Proposal Submission
Analyze customers' financial requirements and guide both team members and customers in selecting the most suitable insurance plans. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and oversee the proper logging of proposals with all necessary documentation in the system.

Requirements
