About The Role

Louis Vuitton is searching for a dedicated and client-oriented Team Lead to join its Toronto location. Acting as a Brand ambassador, the Team Lead supports the Store Manager and Team Managers in coaching the sales team to enhance client relationships, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer experience while driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships and business growth.
• Manage sales floor activities including selling and operational oversight.
• Provide team support and foster staff development initiatives.
• Potentially lead a specific product category to champion its performance.
• Oversee daily store operations to maintain smooth functionality.

Profile and Skills

The ideal candidate collaborates with management to develop sales strategies. Strong communication skills and relationship building are essential for delivering client engagements aligned with Louis Vuitton's luxury brand promise, ultimately reinforcing brand loyalty. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset to identify products suited to client preferences and current market trends, thereby sustaining and advancing the market position and business results.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive an hourly wage ranging from 32 to 38 CAD. Additional compensation includes access to a retail bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package encompassing medical, dental, vision care, both short- and long-term disability coverage, life and accident insurance, various paid leave programs, and employee discounts/perks.
