Program Overview

Al Rajhi Takaful is offering a Tamheer internship opportunity supported by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF). The program is intended for Saudi graduates who want to build workplace-ready experience and practical capabilities that support their transition into the labor market.

Program Details

• Start date: June 2026

• Location: Al Rajhi Takaful, Riyadh

• Duration: 6 months

Eligibility and Academic Background

This opportunity is open to fresh graduates holding a bachelor’s degree or diploma in one of the following fields:

• Management Information Systems

• Risk Management and Insurance

• Information Technology

• Business Administration

• Human Resources

• English Language

• Finance

• Law

Candidates must also satisfy these conditions:

• Be registered on Taqat

• Have not previously benefited from the Tamheer program

• Not be registered with GOSI during the last 6 months

• Be currently unemployed

• Be fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written

• Be comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
