Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Talent Operations Manager to oversee large-scale onboarding processes and manage distributed talent pools supporting AI training and data operations. This remote position offers a competitive annual salary range of $70,000 to $110,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for large cohorts efficiently, ensuring the process is swift and well-organized.
• Activate and oversee distributed talent pools contributing to AI training and data-related tasks.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with enterprise clients to build trust and collaboration.
• Proactively identify potential challenges and address them quickly and effectively.
• Monitor ongoing AI projects to ensure successful customer outcomes and deployment performance.
• Prepare and distribute weekly reports detailing performance metrics and milestone achievements.
