Talent Manager

About the role

Humour Me is looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Manager to join the business team. This role will focus on leading influencer management initiatives, with campaigns based out of New Delhi.

What you will do

• Design and execute a well-rounded, future-ready influencer marketing plan that supports brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversion goals, while staying aligned to the client brief.
• Discover, evaluate, and build strong working relationships with creators and KOLs across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and similar channels.
• Handle commercial discussions, including cost negotiation and contract coordination with creators, making sure every collaboration fits both marketing objectives and budget limits.
• Partner with creators to shape original content that reflects the brand’s identity, communication style, and campaign goals.
• Work closely with internal teams such as creative, account management, art, and production to ensure creator activity is smoothly embedded into broader client campaigns.
• Track campaign outcomes and prepare performance reports that measure ROI and key KPIs for influencer initiatives.
• Keep up with new trends, tools, and relevant creators/KOLs in the industries and categories handled for clients and brands.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in influencer marketing.
• Prior experience managing creator campaigns at a mid-to-large scale is essential.
• Existing connections with Cat A, B, and C creators, including emerging and trending talent, are expected.
• Ability to identify fresh creator talent and successfully onboard them for category-specific work.
• Direct experience handling celebrity talent end to end, along with an understanding of the operational challenges involved.
• Demonstrated ownership of project P&L and accountability for the assignments led.
• Strong working knowledge of major social platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
