Role Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a client for the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist, offering a fully remote work arrangement that allows working from anywhere. This full-time role is focused on sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the company’s talent demands. The specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and sustain a robust candidate pipeline, supporting end-to-end recruitment with an emphasis on efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential candidates via diverse channels such as job boards, referrals, and social media platforms.
Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural alignment.
Arrange interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, maintaining timely and clear communication throughout the process.
Monitor candidates' progress in the recruitment tracking system and keep relevant stakeholders informed on status updates.
Contribute to onboarding activities and assist in handling new hire paperwork for candidates who are successfully placed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) to efficiently manage candidate pipelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary for engaging with candidates and internal teams.
Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
Knowledge of various sourcing strategies and best practices in talent acquisition.
Proficiency in standard office software, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Compensation
