Role Overview

We seek a dedicated internal recruiter to expedite talent acquisition by expertly sourcing candidates from diverse channels. Your primary task is to collaborate closely with hiring managers to maintain a strong candidate pipeline, reduce time-to-fill for open roles, and clearly communicate the advantages of joining HG Insights to prospective applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain robust candidate pipelines across departments such as Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, G&A, Finance, IT, and Marketing.
• Work with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and clarify the recruitment process.
• Source candidates via digital platforms, social media, and professional networks to ensure enough quality applicants through inbound and outreach strategies.
• Arrange and coordinate virtual interviews, providing clear expectations to candidates and interviewers.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Utilize the ATS platform (Greenhouse) and AI tools to attract and track top talent.

• Analytical ability to creatively source candidates and assess both hard and soft skills from resumes and screenings.
