Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner immersed in the B2B SaaS recruitment landscape, someone who sources intentionally and is committed to maintaining the highest standards for both candidates and the recruitment process. This role presents significant ownership responsibilities emphasizing recruiting as a refined discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive recruiting efforts across Go-To-Market and Business functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships – managing the entire process from initial sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate intimately with hiring managers to clarify and define ideal candidate profiles, role requirements, and realistic market expectations.
  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking sourcing strategy to proactively build talent pipelines and discover hidden talent through innovative outreach and deep market knowledge.
  • Administer structured, transparent, and respectful hiring processes ensuring all candidates receive clear communication and feedback.
  • Create engaging candidate experiences that reflect the brand positively, regardless of application outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze trends within the GTM talent market to identify exceptional candidates and competitive moves, applying this intelligence actively in searches.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Port throughout all recruitment interactions from initial outreach to offer negotiation.

Qualifications

  • Willingness and ability to work on-site in Boston, Austin, or Palo Alto for a minimum of three days each week.
  • Up to five years of experience recruiting full-cycle in SaaS or fast-paced technology environments, preferably as part of global recruitment teams.
  • Versatile recruiter adept at supporting a range of business functions and managing complex hiring processes.
  • A strong partner mindset with proven ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, influence decision-making, build trust, and navigate uncertainty confidently.
  • Excellent intellectual curiosity, agility, and capability to rapidly assimilate organizational and talent dynamics.
  • Advanced sourcing skills with a proactive approach to recruiting, focusing on identifying and engaging talent beyond traditional inbound methods.
