The position is for a Supply Chain Operations Analyst focused on order fulfillment planning within supply chain operations. The work involves supporting planning, procurement, distribution, and after-market service operations so clients can improve outcomes across the supply chain. Key responsibilities
The role centers on keeping fulfillment and replenishment activities running smoothly. You will help plan inventory and capacity for customer orders, coordinate transportation or delivery decisions, and keep supply chain operations aligned with demand and service expectations.
- Track and control stock levels so products remain available while preventing both shortages and excess inventory.
- Create and execute replenishment plans using sales patterns, demand forecasts, and stock performance data.
- Work with suppliers on order timing, lead times, and delivery schedules to support steady operations.
- Raise purchase orders in line with expected demand and inventory requirements to keep deliveries timely.
- Review sales, inventory, and supplier-performance data to guide replenishment decisions.
- Partner with demand planning teams to refresh forecasts using market trends and seasonal changes.
- Keep purchasing activity within budget targets while maintaining quality and availability.
- Identify and resolve disruptions, delays, and inventory mismatches quickly and effectively.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to improve alignment and product availability.
- Recommend and implement process improvements that make replenishment more efficient and accurate.
- Carry out analysis and solve lower-complexity issues as part of day-to-day work.
- Work mainly with internal peers and escalate updates to supervisors as needed.
- Have limited exposure to clients and/or senior management.
- Follow moderate guidance for routine tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments.
- Make decisions that affect your own work and may also affect others on the team.
- Work as an individual contributor within a team environment.
- Be prepared for rotational shift work if required.
Requirements
- Any graduation is acceptable for this role.
- About 3 to 5 years of overall experience is needed.
- Experience in purchasing, replenishment buying, or supply chain management is preferred, with 3 to 4 years specifically highlighted.
- Strong ability to analyze data and work with inventory management and reporting tools.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
- Prior exposure to supplier management and collaboration is important.
