Supply Chain Officer

As a Supply Chain Officer, you will play a vital role managing daily warehouse and dock operations, coordinating resources, and ensuring safety compliance. You will be responsible for supervising operational staff and equipment, while engaging with advanced automation technologies to enhance efficiency. Collaboration across departments using the Warehouse Management System is essential to meet KPIs and drive continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dock receiving activities, warehouse management, resource allocation, and workplace safety.
• Lead and support team members, coordinate equipment upkeep, and resolve daily operational challenges.
• Maintain compliance with company standards and service levels, adapting to changes in business demand and supply.
• Regularly assess existing processes, suggest and implement productivity enhancements and innovations.
• Engage in on-the-job and external training focused on the effective integration of automation robots aligned with operational goals.

Job Requirements

• Hold a Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present strategic data-driven solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
• Willingness to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, overnight, as well as weekends and public holidays.
