Role Overview

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager based in Bawal, Haryana, India, who will oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain functions within the country. This position involves managing warehousing, transportation, distribution, and related logistics activities at a regional level, ensuring adherence to policies and delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all supply chain operations in India to ensure full compliance with applicable country and sector policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain high safety, ethical standards, and coordinate compliance across regional or site-wide initiatives.
• Oversee comprehensive supply chain aspects including customer service, demand and supply planning, inventory, materials management, transport (import/export), trade compliance, and warehousing.
• Formulate and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business priorities to support profitability.
• Drive initiatives aimed at improving supply chain efficiency, focusing on customer performance, cost reduction, and cash flow optimization.
• Develop tools and processes to monitor critical performance indicators, analyze data, and institute improvements.
• Collaborate with procurement teams and strategic raw material groups to leverage procurement opportunities, negotiate and manage supplier contracts ensuring quality, timeliness, security, and cost-effectiveness.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain management, ideally in complex, possibly global environments.
• Proven leadership experience with strong communication capabilities.
• Preferably from a chemical manufacturing background.
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, preferably in supply chain management, engineering, or related fields.
