Supply Chain Director - Beauty

About the Role

A consumer brand group backed by private equity is expanding its portfolio in health and beauty, covering cosmetics, supplements, medical devices, and wellness products. They are looking for an experienced Operations Director to enhance their operational framework to enable growth with predictability, strong control, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to senior leadership, the Supply Chain Director will oversee multiple functions including Supply Chain, Product Development & Regulatory, and Customer Support, ensuring they work together efficiently as a cohesive system. You will establish scalable operational processes, refine planning and forecasting methods, and collaborate closely with Commercial, Brand, and Finance teams to align and meet growth targets.

This position entails full ownership of supply chain performance from sourcing through manufacturing, inventory, logistics, and managing supplier relationships. In addition, there is responsibility for product development and regulatory adherence, enhancing delivery timelines without compromising quality or business rigor. Leading the omnichannel customer support team, you will promote superior service standards and leverage customer feedback for ongoing business improvements.
