Position Overview
Kelvin Water Technologies Pvt Ltd is urgently recruiting a Plant Supervisor for a Solid Waste Management facility located in IMT Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana. This role involves overseeing day-to-day plant activities, ensuring quality control of compost, and maintaining operational documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in Solid Waste Management, specifically MSW, composting, or related waste processing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations at the waste management plant, including manpower supervision.
- Continuously monitor the quality of compost produced and evaluate overall plant performance to meet standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed operational reports and logs regularly to ensure accurate documentation.
- Act as a liaison with clients and coordinate with site teams to maintain compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in managing or operating MSW, composting, or waste processing plants.
- Strong leadership abilities with capability to manage and guide plant teams effectively.
- Good communication skills coupled with proficiency in reporting and documentation.
