Role Overview
The Supervisor/Incharge will oversee daily activities at the construction layout or project site, ensuring the maintenance and safety of plots, roads, drainage systems, and common areas. This position requires coordinating with contractors, vendors, and workers to facilitate upkeep and report on site progress and challenges to management.
Key Duties
- Oversee daily operations at the project or layout site.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of plots, roads, drainage, and shared spaces.
- Supervise security measures to avoid unauthorized access or activities.
- Liaise with contractors, workers, and vendors for site maintenance tasks.
- Provide site status updates, report maintenance concerns, and address customer feedback to management.
- Assist clients during their visits by sharing basic project details.
- Ensure that site-related infrastructure such as signboards, fencing, and amenities are well cared for.
- Keep accurate logs of site inspections and daily operations.
- Enforce adherence to safety protocols and company policies at the project location.
